Good Life with Sara

The Good Life Learning Groups help you make real and sustainable change in the way you perceive, consume and enjoy food.
The Learning Groups focus on correct eating and are therefore appropriate
for those seeking to lose weight and those seeking to improve
their eating habits, men, women, teenagers and families.

The Learning Groups last 20 weeks (5 months) in closed groups of up to 25 people.
The material includes critical information on nutrition, practical tips,
and psychological exercises, all of which is aimed at helping you change
your eating habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle
– within a supportive and enjoyable environment.

Tuesdays, 7:15-9:15 p.m.
Fridays 8:00-9:45 a.m.
